Jackie started working in the insurance field when she began her employment as a secretary with Duane Ringler at Ringler Insurance in Winona, MN in 1992. As she developed her passion for helping customers with their insurance needs, she obtained her property/casualty and health/life insurance license in 2002.

Recently celebrating 25 years of marriage, Jackie and her husband Rick have enjoyed living in Winona, MN and raising their two daughters who are now moving on into their young adult lives.

In her spare time, Jackie enjoys gardening, sewing, baking, and watching Vikings football games (regardless of the final outcome!).

She and Duane Ringler, along with Charles Horihan, look forward to providing excellent customer service and commitment to the customers at the new Winona location of Linda Horihan Agency.
